everything i read online is that i have to contact LaJobi to receive a free hardware retrofit kit that will immobilize the drop side and frankly i just don't want this crib. it's not sturdy at all but i don't have the box or receipt for it.
Call your local Babies R Us and see if they will take it back for store credit.
