Juice and formula on board a delta flight?
Im flying within the US tomorrow with an 11 month old. Does anyone know how much powdered formula and juice I am allowed to have in his diaper bag on board? Also, if you want to gate check your stroller does it HAVE to be an umbrella stroller? or can it also be a "full size" stroller [the kind that comes in a travel system, the exact stroller is a Chicco Cortina]

The policy for juice and formula for infants is established by the TSA, and not by the airlines. According to the TSA website, quantities of juice or formula in excess of 3 ounces are permitted provided that they are separate from the ziploc bag used for other liquids and are declared at the checkpoint. They don't have a specific limit mentioned, but they do recommend that you only carry as much as is necessary for the duration of the flight.
(Also, note that the restrictions are only on liquids -- if your formula is still in powder form, there is no restriction on the amount which may be carried onboard.)
With respect to Delta's policy on checking strollers, their website notes that strollers may be checked at any point without counting against the luggage allowance for the passenger; however, it is completely silent as to the types of strollers that may be checked. I'd only advise that I've heard many stories of full-size strollers being broken or damaged when being checked, though, so if it's possible to use a smaller stroller in your instance, that should be considered.
